in architectural firms, interior designing consultancies, retail outlets, building
contractor, development authorities, hotel and resort chains etc. They have a great
demand in public sector. One can also go for self employment option as a freelancer
or by starting his/her own business. Other related areas are exhibition design,
visual merchandising etc.
Remuneration:
Pay pack is differing due to diverse reasons. Mostly it depends on their talent,
specialization and the organization they are working with. Accordingly, fresher
get Rs.10000 – Rs.18000 on monthly basis and increased up to Rs.50000 – Rs.75000
including bonus. For experienced or senior designers it is no limit of lucrative
packages.
